22NICE and 22DISK are ShareWare, please register with Sydex, Inc. if you use them.  They can be reached at: www.sydex.com.

22NICE from Sydex - This is my favorite emulator that runs in a Windows DOS box. 

22DISK for reading/writing CP/M disks under MS-DOS, or Win 9x (only in a full-screen DOS box, <Alt>-<Enter>.)
